Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

You are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, measurements, materials, available options, care instructions, safety information, and contents of the package before placing an order.
We do not guarantee that a product’s appearance will be identical to how it appears on your screen.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, variants, and other information may be updated or corrected without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to a person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
Products intended for pets must be used responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided. Pets should be supervised where appropriate. You are responsible for selecting products suitable for your pet’s size, age, health, temperament, and intended use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An order is not accepted until we have successfully processed the payment and sent you an order confirmation.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled products using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

Unless we give prior written authorization, products purchased from Noble Paw House are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
Depending on the customer’s location and the applicable Shopify or payment settings, displayed prices may include or exclude taxes.
Any applicable tax, shipping charge, customs charge, import duty, or other mandatory fee will be displayed or calculated during checkout where technically and legally required.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless we expressly state that those charges are included.
We do not control charges imposed by customs authorities, governments, financial institutions, or third-party service providers.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Delays may occur because of carrier disruption, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, high order volume, supply interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Responsibility for loss of or damage to an order passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us promptly at support@noblepawhouse.com.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

No provision of these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to our intellectual property except for the limited personal-use permission expressly stated above.

We do not control every aspect of these third-party services.

Noble Paw House is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to operate the store.
However, purchases from our store are made directly between you and Noble Paw House.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Noble Paw House and is not responsible for the fulfilment, delivery, quality, safety, description, return, refund, or customer service relating to those products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not liable for claims, damages, or losses arising directly from a transaction between you and Noble Paw House.

If we cancel an order because of an error after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled part of the order.

Our liability will not be excluded or limited where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability resulting from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or a mandatory consumer right.
Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Paw House, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No ambiguity will automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted the wording where applicable law provides otherwise.

A transfer will not reduce any mandatory consumer right.

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide the Services are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country or jurisdiction of residence.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a competent court or dispute-resolution body in accordance with applicable law.
